Saint-Tropez, a myth or a dream

International touristic capital, Sant-Tropez is an authentic city that has always been able to use its charm to attract the best of tourism, the international Jet-set.

The beginning of the Saint-Tropez myth

It’s in the 50s that the myth began, when the artistic world and the Parisian intellect was captivated by the charm of the little port in Saint-Tropez during Summer time. The myth got even bigger 10 years later, with Brigitte Bardot’s arrival who often went to the famous Senequier cafe, during the making of the movie “Et Dieu crea la femme”. She was also won over by the town and has been living there since then. With its uncomparable provencial charm, Saint-Tropez keeps making us dream about its beaches, its mythical restaurants, its charm and its landscapes.

We can’t talk about Saint-Tropez without talking about the walk on the port where tourists, passengers and locals come together. It’s also the unavoidable meeting of one of the most beautiful boats of the world that keep drawing attention, that are in the port of the Gulf, where they navigate.

The beaches of Saint-Tropez also created the legend of the town. These look alike post card beaches have a worldwide reputation. Might as well tell you that the saline beaches of Pampelonne are highly touristic places where international celebrities hurry to come to, the fashion artists and the billionaires. And the sun is present year round in Saint-Tropez.
